Oracle announced  a declaration on wednesday about its completed  acquisition of Sun Microsystems in a deal valued at more than $7 billion, with a motion of  transforming the database and business software giant into a hardware company as well.

Software’s like Redwood Shores, Calif.based Oracle has acquired several huge companies in its way to  remove out consolidate enemies in the forthcoming business computing and technology market, most of time launches hostile that takeovers whole market and for lot of prevailing over regulatory objections. This time, the difficulty was merging along with European antitrust regulators who were concerned about the fate under Oracle of the open source MySQL database software business that was part of Sun.

But all the difficult barriers fell as the European Commission approved Oracle's Sun acquisition plan on January 21. Oracle Chief Executive known as ‘Larry Ellison’ and other executives from Sun and Oracle are set with detail plans for Sun on wednesday during a web cast event starting at 9 a.m. PST. With the  hat  being off  for  one of the greatest capitalists he have ever met, says Larry Ellison, on the other hand Sun Chairman ‘Scott McNealy’ said in a very  sweet bitter memo Tuesday that bidding adieu to the company he helped found  about 28 years earlier was a nesh.

With the involvement of servers, storage, Sparc processors, the Solaris operating system, Java, and the My SQL database of Oracle's portfolio, middleware, and business applications, we plan to engineer and deliver open and integrated systems from applications to disk where all the pieces fit and work together out of the box. Each layer of the stack will be constructed to improve performance, leverage innovation and centralize management so that IT will be more predictable, more supportable, and more secure.
